Refund policy

No Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes

 

Despite quality checks, products may get damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery by reaching out on email contact@thepoisonfrog.com or Instagram.
  • Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.

We advise customers to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:

  • Unpacking videos are provided.
  • Images of the courier cover are sent.

Kindly allow 3-5 business days to process the refund after return has been processed. For International orders it can take maximum 7 days after return has been processed.
